What Moves Your Price
There is no single price for a coated floor, and anyone quoting one over the phone is guessing. Four things decide yours:
Size
Bigger floors cost more in total but less per square foot. A three-car garage is rarely triple a one-car.
Condition
Hairline cracks are routine. Spalling, an old peeling coating or moisture problems add prep time, and prep is the real cost.
System
Solid-colour epoxy, full-flake epoxy, polyaspartic and metallic sit at different price points for good reasons.
Prep, always included
We grind every slab mechanically. It is the line other estimates leave out to look cheaper, and the reason theirs peel.

Questions People Ask Before Committing
How much does it cost to epoxy a 2-car garage?
It depends on the square footage, the condition of the slab and which coating system suits it. A floor with hairline cracks and no old coating sits at the bottom of the range; one that needs an old coating ground off, spalling patched and moisture addressed sits higher. Send photos through this page and you'll get a written figure for your actual floor rather than an average.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. It is written, itemised, and carries no obligation and no deposit. We would rather estimate ten floors and install three than pressure anyone into a coating that is wrong for their slab.
What's the difference between an estimate and a quote?
An estimate is a realistic range based on what we can see. A quote is a firm price, and we only give one once someone has stood on your slab — because photos cannot confirm moisture, how well the concrete will take a coating, or the exact square footage. So you get an honest range now and an exact flat-rate price at the free measure-up. Nobody gets a surprise on installation day.
Do I need a site visit?
For the estimate, usually not — a few good photos are normally enough. Two wide shots from opposite corners with the garage door in frame, plus close-ups of the roughest spots. We still recommend the free measure-up before work starts, because that is what turns the range into an exact price.
Will you recommend epoxy or polyaspartic?
Whichever suits your floor, and we explain why. Polyaspartic cures faster and holds colour better in UV; epoxy builds a thicker layer for less. It is a judgement about your slab and how you use the space, not a sales upgrade.
How fast can it be done?
Most residential garages are a one-day installation. Polyaspartic systems are usually walk-on the same evening and park-on within a day or two; epoxy needs longer to cure. Your estimate gives the actual dates for your floor.
