The Floor Is Only As Good As the Slab
Most coating failures have nothing to do with the coating. They happen because the concrete underneath was never properly opened up, or because moisture and cracks were painted over instead of dealt with. A floor rolled onto unprepared concrete can look excellent for a season and then peel in sheets.
That's why we grind every slab mechanically rather than relying on an acid wash, repair what the grinder exposes, and only then install the system. It's slower, it's the part nobody photographs, and it's the reason the finish lasts.
It's also why we insist on seeing a floor before quoting it. Photos tell us a lot, but they can't confirm moisture, adhesion or exact square footage — so the measure-up is free, takes about 30 minutes, and ends with an exact flat-rate price. No deposit, no obligation, and no surprises invoiced later.
